SCOPE OF THE JOB
We are searching for a visionary leader with a strong and extensive background in direct sales to strategically lead the company's commercial organization. This role will be responsible for the P&L of the assigned region and for developing and implementing strategies and tactical plans that drive recruitment, rank advancement, and sales growth. The Director will ensure the achievement of revenue and growth objectives in the assigned region and in newly opened countries. This position will be responsible for implementing and integrating duplicable training systems and processes, reporting directly to the CEO.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the profit and loss statement (P&L) of the assigned region and any new countries added to it.
Identify suitable countries in the region for expanding the company's operations and develop a comprehensive opening plan in collaboration with the corporate team and the local team of the country. This includes creating the strategy from the initial market assessment to the implementation and expansion of operations.
Develop and implement best practices to drive recruitment, sponsorship, retention, productivity, rank advancement, and team growth in the assigned region.
Train, lead, and develop the corporate team and independent consultants in all phases of the sales process to exceed revenue goals and recruitment targets through virtual training, social networks, and in-person meetings.
Operational excellence in the daily management of the business, including sales forecasting, recruitment, training, hiring, performance management, collaboration, teamwork, and sharing best practices.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and Business Intelligence to accelerate sales cycles, generate new sales opportunities, and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update all sales and training materials and company advertising.
Lead the development of an annual sales calendar, including key initiatives, training, incentives, and productive events for Consultants.
Ensure that all training plan content reflects and aligns with ongoing events, programs, incentives, and recognitions.
Implement programs and training that foster long-term relationships with consultants, promoting retention and reducing overall attrition.
Lead the development and implementation of successful solution-based sales strategies.
Build close relationships with independent consultants to ensure efficient execution of regional growth objectives.
Be a digital leader in the development and presentation of training and webinars to inspire, motivate, and teach best practices.
Support the assigned region by attending/conducting meetings, delivering training sessions, and providing individual coaching to drive leadership development at all levels, both in-person and in a virtual environment.
Participate in and create internal project teams to improve internal processes and achieve better alignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree from a four-year university. MBA preferred.
Progressive experience in direct sales in a similar role leading multiple countries is required.
Experience managing the P&L as a Country General Manager and/or Executive responsible for a region.
Over 10 years of experience in sales/recruitment, with over 4 years of executive sales leadership experience in the direct sales/MLM industry.
Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing transformation in direct selling companies, as well as extensive experience in business areas.
Excellent presentation skills in both small and large settings.
Strong influencing skills: someone who can motivate and inspire people to take action.
Strong analytical skills, ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Solid understanding of the mechanics and motivators of the compensation plan to identify and implement changes when necessary.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical and social platforms.
Understanding of competition to stay informed about the direct sales industry.
Complete understanding and/or experience in direct sales compensation plans and ability to teach others.
Business acumen with proven results to impact the bottom line through strategic planning and leadership execution in the market.
