SCOPE OF THE JOB
Looking for an experienced network marketing/social selling professional to oversees all marketing directives and strategies of the company. Reporting directly to the Executive Advisor/President of the Company, his/her primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Define, plan, and create successful marketing strategies to support the organization’s overall strategies and objectives and develop a feasible marketing plan for the company and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
- Overall responsibility for product marketing, including product positioning, packaging, and pricing. Assist in the creation of new product strategy in collaboration with Product R&D and the distributor organizations. Utilize market research of target customers to help create strategic direction for product design, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
- Oversee corporate communications, social media, and public relations initiatives. Build brand awareness and ensure all communications align with the brand.
- Help to establish the marketing budget and track ROI.
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
- Set KPI’s and report to the Executive management regularly.
- “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.) and ensure they project the Organization’s unique voice.
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing across channels (digital, press, etc.)
- Ensure that the company positioning, and philanthropic efforts is communicated consistently across all markets and that new products and programs are developed and introduced in a well-researched, aligned, and disciplined manner to support branding objectives.
- Oversees the market research, and corporate web site communication strategy development and implementation.
- Responsible for creating a strong marketing program that increases product sales, attracts new distributors to the company and contributes to overall growth. Work closely with the field, and the Corporate Sales leaders instituting better training to enable leads brand strategy, creative services, PR, communications, digital marketing, and events.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years’ experience in a well-rounded marketing or business development. position with increasing responsibility with a focus on marketing expansion.
- 3-5 years’ proven successful track record of managerial and leadership skills and handling a variety of tasks at one time.
- 3-5 years’ experience in direct sales/social selling companies.
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
- Well-rounded understanding of different business disciplines (Supply Chain, Events, Product Development Sales Development and Merchandising, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and business software. Strong knowledge of website analytics and analytic tools. Ability to handle big data, track metrics, and process figures.
- A leader with high level of both creative and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability and passion to lead inter dependent and disciplinary teams.
