SCOPE OF THE JOB

Develop the retail country channel by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the flawless execution of commercial campaigns (portfolio, pricing, and visual merchandising) through trained and coached Beauty Coaches in our brands, categories, and commercial capabilities. This aims to offer the best beauty experience in the Latin American market, allowing us to build equity and capture incremental customers.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪      Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

▪      Utilize market knowledge to determine optimal store locations and implement strategies to attract the Chilean public.

▪      Manage and support a team of store supervisors across multiple locations.

▪      Oversee recruitment, compensation, and performance management of store supervisors.

▪      Collaborate with the Executive Director of Retail and Country Manager of Chile to provide regular reports on store performance, market trends, and sales strategies.

▪      Implement and monitor budgets for the retail division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

▪      Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and direct sales teams.

▪      Manage store requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

▪      Drive the implementation of retail and marketing strategies.

▪      Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance and identify areas for improvement.

▪      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.

▪      Travel approximately 20% of the time to visit stores, conduct market research, and participate in industry events.

▪      Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to store supervisors and team members.

 

Qualifications and Skills

▪      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

▪      Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior retail management position within the beauty, skincare, fashion, or related industries.

▪      Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations.

▪      Strong knowledge of direct sales, e-commerce, and brick-and-mortar store operations.

▪      Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective retail strategies.

▪      Excellent leadership and team management skills.

▪      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

▪      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▪      Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
