Job Description
The Accounting Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting functions within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational and managerial skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
· Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Provide inside to management.
· Keep records of several investments regarding a family office.
General Ledger Management
· Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy.
· Record and classify financial transactions.
· Make banking transaction.
· Control and update of QuickBooks.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
· Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Tax Compliance
· Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
· Constant communication with our tax advisors and tax lawyers.
· Tax returns for partners and companies.
Requirements & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
· 5 years of experience.
· Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
· Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity.
· Demonstrate diplomacy, ethics, and a proactive approach in all interactions and decision-making processes.
· Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.
· Effective communication, both oral and written.
· Continuous and fast learning.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
