ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a professional with experience in direct sales to manage our client's marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the company's CEO, your main task will be to increase company revenue by improving sales through the creation of strategies that generate growth in established KPIs. This involves using market research, developing pricing strategies, marketing and product launch strategies, content creation, digital communication, advertising management, and creating public relations campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute innovative and successful marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and current market needs.
- Establish and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive management.
- Manage product marketing, including market research to guide decisions on design, positioning, packaging, pricing, promotion, distribution, and launches.
- Lead and set the tone in corporate communications, social media, and public relations to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, recognition events, conventions, and all types of advertising and public relations activities across various channels.
- Create a robust marketing program that drives product sales and contributes to the overall growth of consultant networks, sponsorship, and leader promotions in the field.
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders to enhance training programs aligned with the brand strategy.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring efficient and productive operations.
- Ensure consistent communication of the company's position and philanthropic efforts and create strong, positive ties with the community.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles at the corporate level, demonstrating increasing responsibilities and a focus on creating 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- A proven track record of 3 to 5 years in successful management and leadership skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales or social selling companies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop efficient strategies and business plans for all aspects of marketing, including brand and product promotion.
- Solid understanding of market research methods and data analysis.
- Mastery of digital marketing techniques (e.g., social media) and traditional channels (e.g., affiliate programs and press conferences).
- Comprehensive understanding of various business disciplines such as Supply Chain, Events, Product Development, Sales Development, and Merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with strong knowledge of website analytics and analytical tools, as well as the ability to handle large volumes of data and track metrics.
- A leader with a high level of both creative and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability and passion for leading interdisciplinary teams.
